Master Distiller - Ethan S. Miller
All spirits by Magian Distilling will be distilled in-house by our award-winning Master Distiller, Ethan S. Miller
Ethan has been in the liquor industry for over 14 years, honing his skills as a distiller throughout the western United States. After years as an optician, Ethan moved on from optics to spirits when he started as a blender at High West Distillery in Utah. He then ventured to the Pacific Northwest, where he distilled and learned from Master Distiller Tom Burkleaux of New Deal Distillery. He was then recruited to start a large project in Utah called Dented Brick Distillery. After that, Ethan led the charge on starting one of the most intriguing brands in the liquor industry when he started Holystone Distilling. Feeling a pull back to the Pacific Northwest, Ethan came back to Portland and was Head Distiller at 503 Distilling, an industry leader in canned cocktails.
NOW, Ethan has ventured alone to bring his refreshed and unfiltered vision to the lucky few with
MAGIAN DISTILLING.
